Amy is currently serving as interim CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington. She joined Encompass Health in 2008 as a rehabilitation liaison and advanced to business development director and senior business development director prior to this role. She is driven every day to providing patients access to the best quality post-acute care. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marshall University. She also serves on the board of directors for the Junior League of Huntington WV and is involved in multiple community service organizations.

Dr. Mustafa is triple board-certified in internal medicine, vascular medicine and obesity medicine. He earned his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology, followed by residencies at Marshall University and the University of Oklahoma, where he also completed a vascular medicine fellowship. Dr. Mustafa is an associate professor of medicine at Marshall University, where he also serves as section chief for general internal medicine and interim chair of the Department of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Bisher is an independent private practice physician.

Eric joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington as the director of therapy operations in July 2022. A northeast Ohio native, he brings with him a passion for patient care and a diverse clinical background in a variety of physical rehabilitation settings. Prior to joining Encompass Health Huntington, Eric served in therapy leadership roles with inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and home health. He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Kent State University and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. In 2022, Eric received his master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University.

Shane joined the Encompass Health team in 2002. He has worked in the healthcare industry for 25 years and throughout his career has been involved many successful Joint Commission surveys. His responsibilities as facilities management director include facility maintenance, safety, emergency preparedness, security and project management.

Jessica joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington in June 2021, bringing more than six years of healthcare experience in the acute care setting. Her career with Encompass Health started as a rehabiliatation liaison, helping patients gain access to acute rehabilitation. She advanced to senior rehabilitation liaison before being promoted to business development director. Jessica earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in social work and is a licensed social worker. Her passion for helping people motivates her to educate the community, medical professionals, patients and families on the benefits of acute rehabilitation.

Christopher joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington and has more than five years of experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation healthcare finance. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marshall University, specializing in finance and economics. He earned his MBA in finance from Louisiana State University - Shreveport.
