Amanda serves as chief executive officer at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee. Prior to joining Encompass Health, Amanda served as chief executive officer at Select Specialty Hospital in Atlanta. In this position, she was responsible for all clinical and business operations for the 72-bed hospital. Atkinson has an extensive background in hospital administration and leadership in various settings, including her time as chief nursing officer at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina and a master’s degree in business and healthcare administration from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Professionals and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. She is also a proud veteran member of the United States Army Nurse Corp.

Judy is the human resources director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee, bringing over 30 years of experience and a passion for serving people to the team. She joins the Encompass Health family after almost 20 years with a large health care system in Central Florida. Judy holds a master’s degree in human resources and has extensive experience in the area of onboarding and engagement. When she is not working, Judy dedicates her time to her beautiful family, church ministry and community outreach. She loves music, gardening and cooking.

Cheyenne brings more than 15 years of management and healthcare experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee. Cheyenne has a vast skill set including a background in ER nursing, nursing management, business development, utilization management and quality management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Capella University and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in healthcare administration.

Kaeleigh joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee as the director of therapy operations in February 2024. Kaeleigh has been practicing as an occupational therapist for over 10 years. She earned her associate degree from Pasco Hernando State College, bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of South Florida, master’s degree in occupational therapy from Adventist University of Health Sciences and her post-professional doctoral degree in occupational therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Kaeleigh brings several years of clinical and management experience as the director of rehabilitation and director of clinical operations within skilled nursing, hospital acute, inpatient, outpatient and home health settings working with individuals through the lifespan faced with a wide variety of medical complexities. Kaeleigh is a certified lymphedema therapist whose passion revolves around providing client-centered and holistic care to her patients, helping to restore functional independence with meaningful daily activities.

Ioline is controller at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee. She is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining Encompass Health, Ioline served as controller with several hospital systems. She also was an auditor in a public accounting firm. Ioline graduated from Florida International University with a master’s degree in accounting.

Cheryl serves as chief nursing officer at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee. She brings 40 years of healthcare knowledge and service to the Kissimmee team. She has spent the last 26 years in the local acute care setting as she developed her career from an LPN to an MSN prepared RN with over 12 years of leadership experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College and her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Western Governor’s University. Cheryl has a passion for excellent patient experience and professional growth among the teams she leads.

Nick serves as the business development director at Encompass Health Kissimmee. He brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to the team. Before joining Encompass Health, Nick had a foundational role as a national sales training and leader in business development and sales. He attended Dixie State College, now known as Utah Tech University, majoring in healthcare administration. Nick has a deep commitment to providing compassionate care and aims to elevate healthcare to new heights.

Donna joins the leadership team at Encompass Health of Kissimmee after transferring from Encompass Health in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Before joining Encompass Health, Donna was the director of social services for 12 years at a 300 bed skilled nursing facility. Donna has been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years, earning a bachelor's degree in sociology from Wagner College and a master's degree social work from New York University. She is a certified case manager who has experience at many levels of healthcare, but she is most passionate about acute rehabilitation.

John serves as director of facilities management at Encompass Health Rehabilitation of Kissimmee. John brings a significant amount of experience and knowledge of plant operations in the healthcare industry. He previously served as the plant operations director and safety officer for a 391 bed facility. John began his engineering career within the top establishments in hospitality and the medical field. He is passionate about what he does and compassionate for the people he serves.

Bianca brings nearly 10 years of pharmacy experience and nearly seven years of management experience to the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee as the director of pharmacy. She has worked in acute care and pediatric specialty care, including Level One pediatric trauma and retail pharmacy settings. Bianca earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University.
