In this video, President and CEO Mark Tarr sits down with Dawn Rock, Encompass Health’s chief compliance officer, and Bryan Rogers, national director of employee relations and inclusion, to get their perspectives on the recent tragic events involving African Americans. It is a privilege to work at an Encompass Health hospital. I appreciate the corporation’s policy on embracing diversity in their hiring of all kinds of people.
