Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in applied studies from Abilene Christian University.

A believer in open and transparent communications among employees, Rich has created environments building bridges of trust that have increased revenues, contained costs and produced efficiencies. Outside of work, Rich stays busy spending time with his wife of 25+ years, their two dogs and golf. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the George Washington University and is formerly a resident of Connecticut.
