Encompass Health is a national sponsor of Together to End Stroke
Dear valued patients and families,
On Apr. 1, 2018, our agency transitioned to the new name of “Encompass Health”. This is an important milestone in our journey to deliver connected care and superior outcomes. We want to take this opportunity to reassure you that there is no change in ownership, local management, the team that cares for you, or our quality of care.
Why shift to Encompass Health?
This name change reflects our expanding national footprint and our strategy to deliver high-quality, coordinated care through our home health and hospice agencies, as well as inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in certain markets. We’ll be able to provide an even stronger foundation for patients and caregivers to identify Encompass Health as a provider of choice, one that puts your needs at the center.
What you can expect
The transition to the Encompass Health name will not change the services or care that our patients and families experience. We remain as committed as ever to delivering high-quality, cost-effective care, creating superior outcomes and ensuring that your experience with Encompass Health is exceptional.
We’re excited to continue to serve your community under our new name, Encompass Health.
