Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Memphis helps COVID-19 survivor that delivered baby while in coma return home

Susie Espinosa was admitted to the hospital at 27 weeks pregnant and shortly after placed in a medically induced coma for COVID-19 complications. When she was woken from the coma at 37 weeks of pregnancy, she was surprised with her new baby boy, who was delivered via a cesarean section.

William Kiser conquers post COVID-19 rehabilitation and returns home

COVID-19 struck 75-year-old William Kiser hard. While being treated in the hospital for four weeks, the virus started affecting his kidneys, vascular system and respiratory system. However, he fortunately pulled through and was transferred to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Memphis for rehabilitation before returning home.
