Once a patient is admitted to our trauma rehabilitation program, an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team evaluates the patient’s needs and goals. The team then meets weekly to re-evaluate the patient’s progress and further develop goals based upon changing needs, focusing on better care for a maximized recovery. Family training is an integral part of this process.
The patient and the family are the team’s most important members, which is why we offer family training.
