Chief Executive Officer
Krista brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth, The Vintage. She has been with Encompass Health since 2012 as the CEO of Encompass Health The Woodlands and transitioned to Encompass Health The Vintage in 2015. During her career, Krista has taken on several progressive roles within the acute rehabilitation hospital setting encompassing all aspects of operations within the rehabilitation environment. She graduated from Moorhead State University in her native state of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in social work.
Area Marketing Director
Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, consisting of both clinical and operational roles, with seventeen of those years in senior management and executive levels. She earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Prior to rejoining Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth, Claudia served as chief executive officer for the Triumph HealthCare System at their Central Houston location.
Dr. Korivi serves as the medical director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital The Vintage, formerly HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital The Vintage. He graduated from The University of North Texas Health Science Center and the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Post medical school, he completed residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor in Houston, Texas then a spine fellowship at The Institute for Spinal Disorders, in Los Angeles, California at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Korivi also has an outpatient practice that specializes in interventional procedures for the management of pain, and her interests include spine, musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has held certification through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 2004.,/p>

Director of Human Resources
Keisha brings more than 16 years of diverse human resources experience to the Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth. Prior to joining the Encompass Health, her most recent experience was at an acute-care, physician owned hospital in the local area. She received her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Columbia Southern University. In her role as director of human resources, she enjoys being an employee advocate, change agent and a strategic business partner. In addition, she enjoys helping to recruit, retain and develop a talented and diverse workforce to make sure Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospitals are the employer and healthcare provider of choice in her community. Keisha also holds her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Jason joined HealthSouth in July of 2010 as controller at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital The Woodlands and transferred to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital The Vintage in November 2015 after HealthSouth purchased Reliant Rehab Partners. He comes to HealthSouth with a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and more than 19 years of accounting experience. Jason's knowledge base is wide, ranging from retail accounting to pharmaceutical financial management to managing a team of accountants and financial analysts for a healthcare company. His broad knowledge base, excellent education and analytical perspective have made him an asset to the team.
Annessa brings 26 years of nursing and healthcare experience to HealthSouth The Vintage. Her experience includes acute care, long term acute care, acute rehabilitation and outpatient. She has served in many leadership roles including director of case management, director of quality and risk management and several middle management and support roles. Annessa’s knowledge, leadership, and collaborative team approach makes her a valued asset to the leadership team.
