About This Activity
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of York invites you to join us for our the second annual Act F.A.S.T., Run Fast 5 K run/walk with optional Family Fun 1 mile run/walk on May 11. 2019. Encompass Health Act F.A.S.T., Run Fast was created to help raise community awareness of stroke prevention, treatment, rehabilitation/recovery, and support for all people impacted by stroke. Our proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association. The event is rain or shine! The 5 K course will be mostly through the residential neighborhoods surrounding our hospital with gradual inclines. The 5 K course will be timed with help from York Road Runners. The 1 mile walk will be over flat paved roads and sidewalks.

Event packets will be available for pick up in the front lobby of Encompass Health Rehabiltition Hospital 12-5 on 5/10/19 or at Registration before the race.
8:30 am: Registration opens
9:15 am: Guest speaker
9:30 am: 5 K run/walk begins
9:45 am: Begin 1 mile run/walk
Gift Raffle Baskets will be available throughout the event (cash only)
There will be a cash award presented to the top male and female runners
