Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Alexandria to undergo $5M hospital refresh project
ALEXANDRIA, La., May 30, 2019 – Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Alexandria, formerly known as HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Alexandria, will soon be undergoing an approximate $5M refresh. The hospital has been providing rehabilitative services in the community since 1992.
The project is expected to begin in June and will include new nurse stations, therapy gym updates, a 2‑chair dialysis suite, a new reception area and cafeteria updates. It is expected to be completed this November.
