Meet other Stroke and Brain Injury Survivors

The Stroke and Brain Injury Education and Support Group
Offers education and support for stroke and brain injury survivors and their caregivers and/or adult family members.

Participants will be able to:

• Meet other stroke and brain injury survivors
• Share information and experiences
• Learn about important community resources
• Ask questions about stroke, brain injury, and stroke prevention

Each group is facilitated by a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and will feature a guest lecturer.
