Deputy Chris Fowler of the Chester County Sheriff's Office is a living, breathing miracle after a vehicle ran over him in his patrol car. With a broken left femur, vertebral fracture among other injuries, his wife Katie said she is amazed he is alive. The father to triplet daughters and a step son still has a long road to recovery, but he trusted the team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Rock Hill to get him started on his journey to recovery.
