Timothy Washington has been named the employee of the quarter for the first quarter of 2020.

Timothy sets the standard by consistently demonstrating an incredibly upbeat and positive demeanor, regardless of the task at hand. Not only does he lead with empathy by always being available to serve patients and his peers, he goes out of his way to ensure needs are met. Timothy is a member of the Sprint team and shines in this role, as he can frequently be observed answering call lights for not only his patients, but others outside of his assignments as well. Timothy also excels at focusing on the positive and frequently uplifts patients, by always remembering names and making personal connections with them.
