Vidhya joined Encompass Health in June 2010 and has served in several leadership positions. After completing the self-paced CEO program within Encompass Health, she served as the CEO at one of the Phoenix hospitals within Encompass Health before returning to the northern Virginia area. She has successfully led multiple high-impact projects and has served on the Inclusion and Diversity Council.
Vidhya’s clinical background includes a doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University and more than 22 years of experience serving in clinical and operational roles in varied healthcare settings. She takes pride in leading an exceptional team of staff who strive for excellence while focusing on restoring patients’ independence and promoting safety through evidence-informed practices.
