July 7, 2026 — Lukas Miskowicz has been appointed chief executive officer of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clermont. The hospital, located at 2901 SR 50 in Clermont, Florida, is a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
“I’m honored to serve as the hospital’s CEO and to lead a team so deeply committed to patient-centered care,” Miskowicz said. “I look forward to building on the hospital’s strong foundation by advancing clinical excellence and strengthening partnerships.”
Miskowicz brings more than 10 years of experience in complex acute care hospital environments to the CEO role. A respiratory therapist by training, Miskowicz has held progressive leadership roles across multidisciplinary hospital settings, advancing quality, safety and patient outcomes.
“Lukas is a collaborative, results-driven leader with a strong track record of developing teams that deliver high-quality care,” said Lori Bedard, president of Encompass Health’s Southeast region. “His experience and passion for quality make him an excellent fit for Encompass Health Clermont, and we are excited to welcome him into this role.”
Miskowicz earned an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from the Moraine Valley Community College. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership and a master’s degree in healthcare administration and population health from the University of Saint Francis.
