Bio
Corrine Fritcher-Nelson is a physical therapist at Encompass Health Valley of the Sun in Glendale, Arizona. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Augustana University in 2015. In 2019 she earned a doctor of physical therapy degree from A.T. Still University. She is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist (NCS) and a certified brain injury specialist (CBIS).
Fritcher-Nelson is an active member of several interdisciplinary teams at Encompass Health, including the amputee team, wound team, equipment team, brain injury team and spinal cord injury team. Through these roles, she educates staff, patients and the community on amputee care, fall prevention and diabetes management.
She also serves as adjunct faculty, assisting with courses in neurology, geriatrics and complex patient management.
