Tripp, a Birmingham, Alabama native, is an alumnus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Tripp, a Birmingham, Alabama native, is an alumnus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received a bachelor's degree in finance in 1996, master's degree in business administration in 2000 and a master's degree in health administration in 2002. Prior to his current position at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo, formerly HealthSouth, Tripp served as administrator/chief operating officer at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Medical director

Dr. Creed is board certified through the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Kevin Creed earned his medical degree in 2004 from Howard University in Washington, D.C.  He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2008 at The University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Creed is board certified through the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Linda brings almost 20 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Linda brings almost 20 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth. She graduated from Pasco-Hernando College in 1993 making her a third generation registered nurse. She has continued her education to become certified in rehabilitation nursing achieving the CRRN®. She has been with Encompass Health since 2003 in various roles and the director of risk/quality management since 2008. She has a license in Healthcare Risk Management from the State of Florida since 2001.

Glenda began her nursing career with Encompass Health Sarasota, formerly HealthSouth, in 2010 as a registered nurse.

Glenda began her nursing career with Encompass Health Sarasota, formerly HealthSouth, in 2010 as a registered nurse. Subsequently, she was promoted to nursing supervisor then nurse manager. In 2017, Glenda was again promoted and joined Encompass Health Largo as chief nursing officer. She is originally from Illinois where she graduated with an associate degree in nursing from Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences and later obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Register Nurse and Wound Care Certified.

William “Bill” Donish joined Encompass Health Largo, formerly HealthSouth, in 2018. Prior to his arrival, he served as the director of facilities management for a large skilled nursing facility in Tampa. An electrician by trade, he has held several positions including a master lead at St. Anthony Hospital, and has several certifications in his area of expertise. Before entering the healthcare setting, Bill was a store manager at a CVS Pharmacy.

Originally a Indiana native, Brandon received his marketing degree from the University of Indianapolis. Brandon then attended Medtech University and Indiana University for his RN and BSN. Brandon served as a Trauma RN for 8 years and a case manager for 3 years before joining Encompass.

She spent eight years in acute care as a medical social worker and supervisor of case management. She has an MBA in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University and also serves on the board of directors for the Florida chapter of the American Case Management Association.
