
July 2, 2025 – Robin Hynds has been appointed as chief executive officer of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord. The 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital is located at 254 Pleasant St. in Concord, New Hampshire.
“For more than 30 years, Encompass Health Concord has been serving patients with high-quality rehabilitative care,” said Hynds. “It is an honor to be selected as the next CEO. I will lead our hospital team to prioritize patient care needs so our patients can return to what matters most.”
With more than 25 years in health care, Hynds brings expertise in managed care, physician relations, business operations, health care integration and service line development. Prior to Encompass Health Concord, Hynds served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer for Lawrence General Hospital and Holy Family Hospital System. In this role, she oversaw all system operations for three hospitals, which included 3,500 employees and 500 medical staff.

Hynds earned a Master of Science in nursing administration from Endicott College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the board of advisors for the College of Health Sciences at Merrimack College.
Encompass Health Concord opened to patients in 1992. The hospital holds The Joint Commission’s Disease-Specific Care Certifications in Stroke, Amputee and Hip Fracture Rehabilitation.
