We look forward to providing high-quality care for this community and helping our patients return to what matters most.”
Spanning almost 55,000 square feet, hospital amenities include all private patient rooms, a spacious therapy gym featuring advanced rehabilitation technologies, an activities of daily living suite, in-house dialysis suite, therapy courtyard, dining room, in-house pharmacy and dayroom areas. An interdisciplinary team of highly specialized nurses, therapists and physicians will provide physical, occupational and speech therapies to restore functional ability and quality of life.
Encompass Health Sumter County will employ approximately 100 people in the first year and grow to approximately 150 total employees by the fifth year.
