Encompass Connection setup request
Important: Our goal is to activate your account within an hour during business hours. When your Encompass Connection portal has been activated, you will receive an email from Homecare Homebase (HCHB) with your temporary password, which must be changed to a password which is unique and known only to the physician user. Temporary passwords are valid for 60 days, and accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity. You will have the ability to add additional users with their own unique user name and password combinations.
This ensures both the confidentiality of protected health information and meets the standards of the agency's Electronic Data Access/Signature Authentication policy. (A copy of this policy is available for review by request.)
